Damaged Merchandise
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
- If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days via email or phone so we may address the issue.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
- We inspect every single item that goes out but due to our items being handcrafted by a human and sent by a human we understand that things may be imperfect from time to time. If your earrings have any issues that are not due to wear and tear please don't hesitate to contact us.
